I spent a week in the sun and on the beach without a single sunburn. For me the best investment before my fishing trip last week. Bought 1 of each color and ended up wearing them in the open water every day. It's amazing how much protection you need, especially when you're out in the sun all day. The material seems quite light and stretchy. I definitely recommend hand washing this item otherwise I don't know if it will last as long. Excellent sun protection. This definitely gets my five stars.
