Review on Alvin's Cables - BNC to 5 Pin Right Angle Time Code Cable for ARRI Mini, Sound Devices, ZAXCOM: Efficient Sync for Professional Filmmaking by Balthazar Cooper

I bought this cable for Alexa mini. The timecode connector is located on the back of the camera. The straight timecode cable does not have enough space between the back of the camera and the battery plate. So I thought this cable would be the perfect solution. It turns out not so much. Right angle Lemo orientation now blocks the media door (see image) - which annoys the operator/AC even more than a straight cable. Suggests cable manufacturers have never used the cable in the field. It would be better if the right angle was aligned at 9 o'clock. Otherwise the cable feels solid and well built, but the real test is how long it lasts. It was a good idea, almost realised.
