was damaged The walls of my house were infested with carpenter ants. Bees, silverfish, centipedes, bugs, and there are constant problems with squirrels and moths on the roof of my house. Traps and sprays don't work, toxic drugs only last a limited time and everything comes back, or worse, dies off in the walls/roof and just attracts other bugs and starts to stink. They fix an entry point and they come back and find another entrance, so you really need to push them farther away. I've tried other repellers in the past that didn't help at all, but the technology just keeps getting better. After installing them all over the house I had my first few waves when I saw woodworms coming and killing them, and leaking out some other various insects (which I caught and released out in the woods with a canister vacuum). After 2 weeks I stopped hearing the constant sound of squirrels on the roof and no longer see stray carpenter ants coming. They're in over half the rooms in the house now, and while they're not entirely quiet, I've noticed an improvement. It's been about 3 weeks since they were installed and while I haven't noticed a decrease in bee activity in my wall I'm hoping it's having an effect. However, the honey in the wall can absorb them and protect them from a strong blow.
