Review on Hiware 12-Piece Stainless Steel Round Soup Spoons, Bouillon Spoons by Darryl Blumenthal

Hiware Soup Spoons hold 1 1/2 teaspoons of liquid ie about a tablespoon or thicker soups such as chicken pasta, chowder, shellfish, vegetables, stew, chili peppers, etc. This is not a baby spoon, more like what restaurants use for soups. The end of the handle is slightly flared so that it rests naturally on the index joint, while the end of the spoon is slightly lower to ease insertion into the mouth. I love this soup, just what I was looking for and perfectly balanced to eat. This is a mirror polished stainless steel. Compared to my Fabreware Indonesia (6") cookware, the Hiwaree handle (6 3/4") is thicker and the round spoon is slightly thinner. Never use eating utensils to remove ice cream from the container, no matter how tough it looks. Don't spoil your spouse's beautiful dishes. I ordered 3 sets for family and friends gatherings.
