Bad desktop computer
I use this computer for personal purposes. I chose this one because I had one that has lasted me for many years. When I first got it it worked great. The problems started about 4 months later. At first the noise went away. Said that the sound card is not installed. Attempts to restore an earlier time. Recovery didn't work. Then there were problems with the shutdown and so on and so forth. After about 8 calls to HP and hours of phone calls, they found they were doing nothing. Now I'm looking for a replacement
