I love these cutting mats. Much more practical than a normal cutting board. I use them all the time to cut food for my 18 month old before putting it on the high chair tray. You just need to bend the cutting board inwards a bit before carrying it from the table to the tray to make it more rigid. And they are very easy to clean after use. It's a lot easier than trying to clean a thick, hard cutting board in the sink. It cuts easily, but not that much. Just like any other plastic cutting board. I definitely recommend them! 2 different sizes is also a big plus! The little ones are incredibly comfortable.
