Nice design. But not everything is so with the build quality. What should be plastic is metal, and what should be metal is plastic. The supporting frame is made of plastic, as are the movable consoles (not even made of high-quality plastic). Trays are made of lightweight aluminum. Plastic loses strength when moving and bending, so the frame and moving consoles must be metal. The trays don't move, so they had to be made from high quality plastic to keep weight and cost down. The handle is made of metal. It should be metal with a rubber grip. Always hold onto metal if it's 80F or 20F. Yes, plastic can also be hot or cold. But not as bad as Metal. Back to the drawing board, boys. As I have described, your costs remain the same, production becomes easier and quality increases.
