Review on 🔩 308LFC-O X .035 X 1# Spool Blue Demon stainless steel gasless flux cored welding wire by Jeff Prabhu

For cored wire, this wire is really good. Of course, you don't get great looking welds like TIG or MIG welding, but I was blown away by how well they came out. I've even successfully welded a vertical, although they don't recommend it. You must be sure that your welder supports DCEP (Positive Electrode). Running DCEN gave me larger, bubble-shaped welds with less penetration. Don't forget to remove the slag when you're done or the welds will look terrible. I put the coil in my machine (Lincoln 210MP) and in 3 trial runs got the settings right and made smooth, consistent welds with minimal spatter. As this was my first SS welding experience I found it too easy. For those who complained, they must have had the wrong settings.
