Fits too little, best in my rating
It's sad because I have a similar dress that we would wear together for Christmas. We ended up laughing and singing "Fat Man in a Little Coat" as I tried to pull my daughter out of this dress. She's nine and we ordered 14. The size is 3 sizes larger.
