I have been working with wood for almost two years and run a small contract business (mainly jewelry boxes, frames and other odds and ends) outside of my garage. I recently decided to make a full bedroom for my little girl getting out of bed. I've always had problems with my router. I know what a versatile tool they can be, but I didn't have the confidence to really "unlock" them because the router is very easy to hit or mis-tilt, so I often hooked it up to my router table and did it forget. . I needed to make mortise and tenon on some giant boards so I took this. What changed in the game! This allows me to use the plunge cutter with unprecedented comfort. The manual is robust and very intuitive to use. I took it out of the box and in just a few minutes I was cutting perfectly precise grooves. The plastic is a little more than we'd like, but that's not a problem. Its weight is good and the material the fence is made of slides well on the tree. In general, I strongly recommend taking it. It helped me alot.
