If the seller had looked at the goods before shipping, he probably would have seen, like me, even before I took the coat out of the box, that the seam just below the logo is a disaster. The downside really couldn't be revealed anymore. Now I'm wondering if the jacket is fake. I can't believe a quality company like North Face would have double stitching just below the logo and down the middle of the jacket. To add to the disappointment I now have to wait for the jacket to be returned to the seller. I then have to wait for them to process the return before I get a credit on my account. I then use this loan to buy another jacket. By the time I finally get the jacket, spring is over and I have to wait 3 months before I can pump it up.
