I don't think my neighbors are jealous of these towels. However, there are people who have paid more for similar microfiber towels. They were bought to dry off after the shower. Was looking for an inexpensive way to replace cotton body towels that don't dry as quickly and are more expensive to wash. I didn't want to spend $35-40 for a towel from a brand that ends with Wex and starts with Nor. These towels are made of 80% Polyester and 20% Polyamide (Nylon), which is a satisfactory absorbency ratio. I washed these 5 towels once with Atsko Sport-Wash detergent before using them for the first time without leaving any residue. The towel absorbed water well, there was no noticeable blue lint on it. Even after the towel was dry and used again, there was no mold, mildew, musty smell. These towels are slightly more absorbent after subsequent washes until all coating and dye residue from the manufacturing process has been removed. The main cause of mildew, musty musty odors in your front/top loading washing machine and/or clothes and towels can be due to the build up of detergent residue. Without detergent residues on clothes, towels and the washing machine, bacteria cannot multiply. Eliminates the smell of mold, mildew, mildew. If you already have this problem, run at least three cleaning cycles of the washing machine in a row and then start using the detergent without leaving any residue. Run weekly cleaning cycles until clothes, towels and washing machine odors are eliminated. In addition, using a residue-free detergent reduces the amount of lint on the dryer wire.
