Review on 🌿 Avalon Organics Lavender Nourishing Shampoo, 32oz - Natural and Eco-friendly by Amy Claeys

Have been using this shampoo for almost a decade. It smells great and is consistently a high quality product. I always keep a large bottle in my shower. However, the bottle I just bought is terrible. It is thin, watery and does not foam. I have long, thick hair and one swipe was always enough to get a decent lather and leave my hair clean. This morning I just gave up after five pumps. If they don't fix this problem, Avalon Organics has just lost a very loyal longtime customer. I am so disappointed! Second, I agree with others that it was packaged very poorly. The lid came off and the pump was leaking when I opened the box.
