After I turned it on and charged it in the sun, the light didn't come on. Then a light bulb went on in my head (sorry for the pun). I decided to check the battery (under the lid of the jar where the switch is and where the bulbs attach to the electronics). Even before I tried to get to the battery, I found a white cardboard tab hidden where the battery cover is. As soon as I pull it out. BOOM they came! These lights are really cute; they shine very nicely. You won't be using them as garden spotlights, but they create a nice warm ambiance. Love it, I'm glad I found out why they aren't coming because I was quite upset until I found out. Happy light!
