The first one we received was missing one of the connectors in the battery compartment so it didn't work at all. However, returns and exchanges were quick and easy. When we finally had one that worked, it started out as an amazing product. Although it worked for about a month. It started flickering one night when it sensed movement nearby. Nothing the next night. After trying a few other simple tweaks, I found he chewed up a new pair of batteries so quickly. I also noticed that there was already corrosion on the terminals. Replaced the batteries (with another brand new pair) and cleaned the connectors as best I could with the memory card but still couldn't get them back. ...Now it's just a dirty paperweight, hanging helplessly on the edge of our toilet until I have the motivation to throw it away once and for all. Too bad the return period has already passed, I would like to get another one to see if I haven't screwed up, or at least get my money back.
