I use a 10" Ryobi miter saw (usually for woodworking) for cutting metals. I usually use a grinding wheel. I've heard good things about steel blades and tried western 10 inch steel abrasives. Cutting blade for cutting Unistrut. It only took 3 cuts before it got so boring it just melted the unistrut. I also tried the 9" Evolution blade and it survived less than 20 cuts before suffering the same fate. Then I looked for the strongest blade for cutting steel and came across it. Over 100 Unistrut cuts on my first blade. I doubt I'll need a second one before the project is complete. Lesson learned. Diablo Steel Demon Blades is my new unistrut cutting knife.
