It's amazing what good customer service can do.
This is a revision of my original review. Long story short, my first compass broke and I found it difficult to contact Suunto customer service. Suunto did everything to replace my broken compass. Your replacement was shipped from Finland and arrived in California in about 4 business days. Wow. They also sent me the metric version and the USGS version just in case I'm particularly excited. Very high quality customer service. I am very happy.
