OEM replacement inserts. Perfect fit for my 2012 Sequoia Platinum stock wheels. The wheels were painted so I used these grommets to complete the look. Be careful though, follow the instructions and use a thin microfiber cloth between the wrench and the lugs when tightening. If you don't do this, the black paint on the edges of the studs will come off. I ended up using a 23mm socket wrench to tighten them. I don't know if the tire fitters would be that careful. Very happy with how they turned out.
