suitable for kittens. The clips are cheap and don't hold much weight. The ties are only visible at the corner seams and don't run through the whole piece so the seams came apart and the stitches were visible and secure when my little Garfield first settled into it. I attached zip ties to support the small clamps but figured it wouldn't take long for my big kitty! If it was for kittens and you step up the clips like mine it would be fine but when will they grow up.? Great price but I sent mine back.
