Kudos! These well made leather gloves were exactly what I was looking for. In my case, it's a pair of lightweight leather driving gloves to protect my hands, albeit slightly, from the discomfort of the sun-hot shifter and steering wheel in my new car or, conversely, from the extreme cold [sic]. cold. With a ventilated back and durable palms, these gloves fit my needs perfectly. Initial fit test is a bit tight BUT that's ok as previous experience has shown that they adjust with use (ie breaking in). ) My only quibble as a very experienced motorcyclist is to call them "biker routes". While I know many riders with minimal protection, these are probably over the top (e.g. no helmet, t-shirt, fingerless gloves in sneakers) but in the event of an "off” these gloves offer some abrasion protection due to the durability on the palms, but no impact protection and wrist brace. However, they are just the thing for a trip to the countryside in a sports coupe or convertible. Heck, they might even be good for riding. But if your "pony" has two wheels and there are a lot of horses bridled inside, I recommend being careful. [On the other hand, I've been accused of being picky about security.]
