TL;DR: We bought two identical foot baths to try. To be honest both were disappointing. We wanted to enjoy it. We really have. The constant circular motion of the massagers just rubbed corns. The temperature control works well, the water heats up properly. It also holds up well. The foot bath is large enough to hold a decent amount of water. The salt marsh area seems unnecessary and purely decorative. It was easy to move around on the parquet floor with the bikes, but not on the towel that we had placed in front of the sofa. I would be afraid to move it on the carpet. The cord was long enough to plug into an extension cord and reach an electrical outlet, but it wasn't long enough on its own. If you don't have space right next to an outlet, you're in trouble. The drain hose works decently, but these massage balls are very difficult to clean properly. I definitely cannot recommend this product for the price. EDIT 4/11/21: I received two separate emails asking me to remove this review for a $30 "refund" (email copied below). Having responded to the former by saying that I find this suggestion unethical, I feel it is appropriate to inform others that reviews of this business may be skewed as a result of this practice. The fact that they want to buy me is pretty insulting. While I can forgive an attempt when someone does as they're told, the second is annoying. We apologize for your negative comments about the foot spa. At the same time, I am very grateful that these comments allow us to fix existing problems and encourage us to develop better. Comments are very important to us and we also value comments left by buyers. Based on these comments, we are working hard to improve product quality and service, and we are contacting new manufacturers to improve the products. For a store like ours, a bad review is a death knell for us. Can you forgive me and help me remove the review? If you can, I would like to give you a refund ($30) to show my gratitude.
