This is exactly what I needed. I was looking for an easy way to wrap french macaroons for the upcoming holidays. These trays held my macaroons in place and ensured they didn't get crushed unlike the plastic bags I used last year. to make smaller ones (but you may want to make fuller or larger macaroons in the future). If you think you're making above average or above average pasta, either check the size before making dozens of shells or look elsewhere. The outside of these plastic trays is not flat enough for a large label, but can easily hold a small sticker and decorative ribbon for gifting. For special occasions I may need to purchase larger capacity trays.
