I used this on instinct at a friend's house when she asked me to open a bottle of wine. I was so impressed that I ordered it right away. However, after about fifteen uses, I'm ready to return it. In all but two of the fifteen times I've used it, it popped the cork right into the bottle, with lots of wine splattering all over the place. I'm following a chart, which is admittedly quite obscure, but I can't figure out why it only worked well 2 out of 15 times. I'd love to keep it if I could get it to work permanently, but for now I'm ready to return.
