Update 09/07/2020: After working with this knife for a while I have decided to raise the rating from 2 to 4 stars. It's a really good knife except for the rusting issue which we solved by hand washing/drying which is a bit annoying. It turns out that it only rusts if left wet for a few hours. In our case, we set the dishwasher to run at night and it doesn't have a drying element, which is a bad scenario for this knife. Old rust stains were easily removed with steel wool and have not returned since we stopped washing them in the dishwasher. However, I hope that in future versions they will use a more rust resistant alloy. Then it would be perfect. Original Rating: Pros: - Lightweight for its size - Cuts well - Seems well built Cons: - Rusts every time we put it in the dishwasher Cons win out. You can't advertise a knife as stainless steel because it rusts so easily and gets more than 2 stars in a rating.
