Disappointed with the ratio of decorated to undecorated

I put it on a small adult sized hat and the embellishment doesn't even come close to the buckle. Fits and does its job perfectly. I love the look, weight, and *sound* of this hatband (it's not loud, but you can hear it jiggle if you turn your head quickly). I'm just disappointed with the decoration. , even on a little hat.
