Not compatible with helmet

I bought a few of these so we can easily find the kids at our favorite ski resort. Unfortunately I have to adapt them to their helmets. I was hoping that since this product is being sold for snow sports, that it would be designed for children's helmets as we don't let our kids ride without them. Otherwise they are very cute and let the kids put on the mask while pretending to be animals. padded fabric in center (3 panel hood style) I then have to adjust the elastic cord so they can wear it with or without a helmet.
