At this time of year I overdo it with cheese boards. Such good cheese knives, let's just say I need a few. They looked quite promising, especially the rather spooky look. I like that they are all metal. While I like the look of wooden handles, my experience is that they break too easily. I also like that these grips aren't actually round but have flat sides and don't roll off the boards. However, they are stupid. You may feel that some of them have turned the edge. I'll try my whetstone and see if it helps or if it's the metal. Particularly boring is the sinister, jagged look I was hoping for with salami and jerky. Maybe my sharpener can save him. Just take a look. It doesn't cut. It just shreds and mutilates sausages and even cheese. Bothers me.
