My 17 year old son wears this every day to carry adrenaline. He likes it because it's so comfortable and easy to hide. We've had a few since he started carrying his own meds and wears them every day when he's not home. I had to buy a new one because I dropped my 31oz (filled) metal HydroFlask right onto the inverted buckle while it was on the kitchen counter and it cracked a bit. If he was using it for anything other than saving a life, I wouldn't change the old belt. I think the buckle was still strong. I just didn't want to risk it. Good product!
