I liked it because it didn't last long. Wires are a comfortable length (3 feet), not too stiff. Easy to set up and control, the heating rate is acceptable as is the price. The problem is that the air gun broke when it was first turned on. When I turned on the blower it started to heat up and within about 3-5 seconds something in the station clicked. The air gun continued to heat up until the temp sensor error showed up (while the heater and fan were still running). After reading the instructions/troubleshooting, I checked the temperature sensor in the air gun. It turned out that the ground wire coming from the gun's outer shield (slightly inaccurately attached) had shorted to the metal part of the sensor (it wasn't properly insulated) and something was caught in the station. I think I read about this issue with another soldering station while doing my research before making my decision. If this shortcoming is fixed, I will definitely keep it.
