I bought this harness in May because I train my dog in K9 search and rescue. I wanted to record his behavior during training. I opted for a chest strap instead of a Go-Pro. I bought a cheaper chest strap first. It didn't work because it couldn't support the weight of my iPhone 8S. I sent it back and decided to pay more and bought this product. When I used it for the first time, I could already tell the difference. It's much stronger and my phone has never been dropped. It was very easy to use and definitely served the purpose I wanted. However, in early July, after one of my workouts, I failed to tighten the screw and lost the long arm and screw components of this mount. This meant that this block stopped working. I tried replacing these parts on their website but was unsuccessful because they didn't sell any parts. I decided to contact them and see what they could recommend. Austin from this company was very nice and said he would replace those two parts for free. He sent them to me the next day. I received it after a few days and now the mount works as before. I highly recommend this product, but the customer service just got better. If you need this type of chest strap, you won't be disappointed.
