I really wanted to give this ring 5 stars but just couldn't. It was so beautiful when I received it. Beautiful color, clean, perfect fit. Now after a week of wearing 3 stones have fallen out. I am very upset with this because it is my son's birthstone and I just loved the ring. EDITED: I edited my review and added a star. After my initial review and the frustration of my first call, I was contacted by a company other than Amazon who wanted to know how the issue could be resolved. They told me they would send me a replacement for the first ring and if the stones in the second ring fell out they would refund me the money for the first ring I bought. That's why I added a star because the customer service of this company is amazing. They genuinely care about customer satisfaction and want to hear from you how they can improve their products. You don't see many companies that go the extra mile to please their customers like this company did for me.
