Review on 👣 Colossal Foot File: Precision Pedicure Rasp for Effective Callus Removal & Foot Care by Kelly Kunkel

Really works! fits foot files

These items work exactly as promised. I get pedicures about every four to six weeks and regularly clean my heels with a pumice stone, but they still get a pretty hard crust in between. I've used babyfoot scrubs and they work pretty well, but having bits of skin peeling off my feet inside the sandal can be quite annoying. Oh, what a charm to be a lady! I ordered this rasp callus remover after my podiatrist used it on me when I had a particularly bad scab on my heels. It really seemed to work, much better than a pumice stone or sandpaper. I soaked my feet in warm Epsom salt water for about twenty minutes to soften the tough skin (sorry I didn't take a "before" picture). I then moved on to a light and gentle rasp file on the heaviest of corns. The skin immediately began to peel - if you've been rubbed with fresh parmesan cheese in a restaurant, you'll definitely understand what I'm talking about (rough but true)! I was concerned that the skin on my feet would be very rough after the calluses were removed; But this was not the case. My heels were smoother than I could ever remember and I was very happy with the result. I applied the lotion to my now smooth legs, put on my socks to soak them and went to bed. When I woke up the next morning, my legs looked as soft as a baby's. My only caveat would be that this is NOT a product that can be used on all legs or even elbows. If you have mild calluses or very dry skin, it would be very easy to overuse this product and damage your fresh dermis (oops!). When using this remedy, stick to the heaviest, crusted growths and use a regular pumice stone or file for the rest. I highly recommend this product and you will be amazed at how quickly and thoroughly it works. Since using it, this was the first time I've had a pedicure where I didn't have to ask for extra time on my calluses. Its worth it!
