I'm simply withdrawing one star because I haven't worn this belt for a very long time, only a week. However, I like the texture and feel of this belt. The appearance is very clean and the texture is crisp. Cutting and assembling was easy too. Insert it into the center hole and trim to fit from there. The buckle seems light but so far I'm not worried. I like that it lies relatively flat so there is no bulge under the sweater. Time will tell, but after a week's work and a weekend ride, it's holding up well. I would just add that over-stressing this strap by over-tightening or under-cutting is probably not a good idea.
