A very cute birthday shirt for your little one but it's too small. Bust should be 12 inches for size 3t. My granddaughter's third birthday party was supposed to be next weekend, but that doesn't fit in the summer. I buy her a lot of clothes and this one will fit her little sister. I would definitely take a full size.
