Wear this under my one-piece, full-length, long-sleeved rashguard, which I wear over a 3mm neoprene wetsuit when submerged in cool 72-75 degree Fahrenheit water. In hotter climates like the Red Sea in August, I wear Tilos either underneath a Lycra wetsuit (water temperature 78 to 84 degrees) or under a rashguard.
