Review on Chicago Cutlery 1043898 4 Piece Steakhouse by Jenna Hicks

I had a pretty decent set of matching cutlery for 8, but all the knives were almost useless for anything harder than chicken. I've seen these knives at steakhouses before (hence the name I guess) and thought that even if they don't match the others, they have a classy look that still suits them. The only real surprise upon receipt was how big they are, but they're not bulky at all and do the job incredibly well. I can now make clean cuts on steaks with little effort, without having to pull anything out of the knife block (which isn't a steak knife). I'm a little curious how they will hold up. long term, but my first impressions are very positive.
