The first time I went shopping at MORFEN, I couldn't contain my excitement because I'm a serious craftsman. My experience was not at all favorable, to say the least. Their website and customer service both lacked a much to be desired, despite the fact that they had an outstanding assortment of arts and crafts products to choose from. To begin, I found it challenging to navigate the various pages on their website. It was disorganized and difficult to understand, and the function that allowed me to search for something didn't always return the results I expected. When I eventually located the products I was looking for, I was dismayed to see that the pricing for those items were greater than those at other online businesses that I have purchased at. After receiving my order, I was even more dissatisfied to discover that one of the items was broken. I attempted to get assistance from their customer support team, but the responses I received were unhelpful, and they didn't seem really concerned about fixing the problem right away. It took several weeks and a significant number of emails sent back and forth before the issue was eventually resolved. After the fact, I found out that MORFEN had charged me for the same order twice. Talk about adding insult to injury! When I tried to contact them about the issue, they were slow to react and gave the impression that they were uninterested in assisting me in finding a solution. Getting a reimbursement took a few more weeks than first anticipated. In general, my buying experience at MORFEN was one that was both unpleasant and disappointing. Although they may have an excellent selection, both their website and their customer service could use considerable improvements. I have decided not to do business with them in the future.
