Piece of Scrap: Seasonal Decoration

I ordered 10 of these lights in the Black Friday Sale and they arrived on December 1st. On the same day my husband installed 7 garlands of lamps. In two chains, half of the lightbulbs didn't work in less than 3 weeks. My husband is an electrical engineer so he knows how to find a blown lightbulb. There was none. The strings are just wrong. I thought Sylvania was a famous brand but now I think they're just crap. Lighting issues aside, Revain's customer support is terrible. I tried to return 2 out of 10 strings that were defective. There is no way for you to tell Revane that I don't want to return all the headlights, just the 2 faulty ones. You can't talk to a real person; You just have to make a choice on the returns page. Sometimes none of the options fit the situation. I tried the chat, but it's also automated, so useless. I finally spoke to a real person at their call center after lying online about my concerns. This man had to interrupt me twice for a total of 30 minutes because he couldn't answer my questions himself and probably had to talk to his boss. Amazon advertises itself as the most customer-centric company. The thing is, they're just the opposite. A company that makes as much money as Revain should have a well-staffed call center that's easy to reach when a customer wants to speak to someone about an order.
