I don't use it often. I got it as a second mount for a second (disposable) phone as a remote field monitor for my versatile GoPro style action camera on my motorcycle. and fell into one of the many spots on my motorcycle. I had to take a regular metric hex nut and grind the shape to a square and then finish the installation. I recommend using some tape or a hot glue gun as a friction fit during installation to prevent this, as well as some blue Loctite to keep things in place. Final Thoughts: I haven't used it much, but in 3K miles of cycling I've had no issues.
