On my last visit to the Pediatrics I had some dry bruises/wrinkled lines on my heels, no big deal, I've only walked 5 weeks between pedicures and always wear heated flip flops from AZ so that they dry easily. My right heel was a little worse than my left so I asked him to check it again with a sandpaper like tool and he said I had blisters and that tool wouldn't work. Said I could pay $15 to treat them because they can only be smoothed out with a gel and then a cheese grater like tool. While browsing I saw this and was intrigued as I had never seen a foot tool like this before so decided to give it a try. It was less than what the nail salon wanted to charge me for. I tried drying it on the smooth side first as I didn't know if I was going to get too wet. It didn't seem to have much of an effect so I rolled onto the bumpy side and literally on the first 3 strokes I felt the resistance go away, rubbed my heel and it was smooth. Flip it over, use the fine side to smooth it out a bit, touch up the top sides and the little hard spots I get on the tips of my toes, switched to a rougher foot, did about 10 swipes on the rough side, a slightly more on the fine side to buff deeper lines that hit the rest of my leg. Apply some lotion. In literally 5 minutes or less, my feet are smoother than any pedicure has ever been. I will be buying this as a Christmas present for every woman in my life for the next few months and will never pay extra to get my legs filed at a salon ever again!
