Believe it or not, I have led marketing and design for one of the nation's leading party products manufacturer/distributors for over 20 years. I am now retired and unfortunately have to buy party supplies. Party supplies are disposable and often cheap. I can say that everything in this range has exceeded my expectations for quality and design at a very good price for all you get. The only downside is that balloons look best (although not necessarily) when inflated with helium, so you'll need to find a way to do that. The dollar tree used to offer inflation for a fee, but for some reason it no longer does so you either need to find a vendor to do this or buy a disposable helium tank. Although helium is now quite expensive. However, I'd say it's better to go without helium than go with a cheaper or ill-conceived range. I could go on and on about the details, but I understand that not everyone is a hardcore partygoer like me. My old company should be worried.
