Review on 🪚 Architec Concave Acacia Carving Board, Gripperwood Collection – 13x19 Inches with Non-Slip Gripper Feet by Naoka Garcia

I love this cutting board! I just received it and I've already put it to good use. Chop up 4 pounds of Tri-Type and watch all that delicious "steak juice" in a neat puddle around the meat. There are four small grip pads on the underside of the board to keep it from sliding on the table top even if you push it. This board is big. Would handle roast chicken or a small turkey with ease and I will definitely be using it for slicing watermelon and juicy fruit this summer. It shows knife marks, which is ugly but to be expected and doesn't really bother me. The board is easy to clean with warm soapy water. It's relatively decent in size and weight, but not overly heavy (it's a cutting board, after all) and stores easily on my vertical shelf of cookie cutters. Brilliant idea and design! Steak juice in the pitcher without spilling the precious liquid. But you can not have it all! This is a great item and I know I will be using it often in my kitchen. I will buy more for gifts!
