I drive a 2013 FRS and have been tuning my car for years thanks to Openflash Performance. I can confirm that this cable works with an Openflash (OFT) tablet for this platform. Unlike some other cables I've seen or tried, I believe this cable is OEM quality (cable thickness, strength and quality of the plastic on the connector) so it looks like the high quality connector and cable that came with OFT. The cable that comes with the OFT is of the regular type so it sticks straight down from the dash making it very easy to hit the cable with your right foot. This side-mounted cable extender allows you to reroute the OFT cable away from your feet and reduce the risk of the OFT becoming disconnected while driving (which can lead to ECU malfunctions).
