Full of junk hardware
It's a bolt in the sense that it looks like a bolt, but don't be fooled... It doesn't hold anything closed. I installed it on the door of a small closet in our RV. I was able to open the door with very little effort even though it was locked. The mechanism simply lowers and then returns to the body, allowing the door to open. It's almost as if you push the door and the little metal latch slides back and then pops out as the door closes... except it does it both ways... utterly useless. Save yourself the hassle, don't buy this.
