Broken head and motor several times, terrible customer service
My vacuum broke twice with two separate problems. It took 5 months to replace the head and motor for the first time, the replacement head rotator broke again. Cheap product for the price and customer service was poor. I would recommend going with a competitor's product and saving yourself some headaches.
