The best I can say is that the light works. But there are many "buts". The thin wires and tiny orbs of light became inextricably tangled as soon as I began to spread them among the branches of Japanese maple on my deck. They were really difficult to control but in the end I defeated them. The control should make it possible to choose between constant, flashing or intermittent lighting. All I could get was a flickering blink, hopefully not disturbing the neighbors on the adjacent patio. But the big surprise (and not a good one) is that the light is BLUE. LIGHT BLUE. I expected exquisite white lights. It will take hours to untangle these things or cut them from branches, but it really is too cold to take on the job. So right now my tree looks like the blue faced aliens have landed.
