Superior Cutting Board
This is a strong, durable cutting board. At 3/4 inch thick, it won't bounce or bounce when cutting food. It's also light enough to be easily carried to the sink for washing and drying on a dish rack (unlike thick and heavy "gourmet" cutting boards). The hardness of the bamboo prevents the odor from lingering when chopping aromatic foods such as garlic and onions. A good buy at this price.
