I bought this remote to replace our original remote that was lost when we moved. We bought a cheap universal remote but found it was only good for the most basic functions like turning the TV on and off, changing channels and adjusting the volume. After reading a lot of positive reviews, I had high hopes that this remote control would allow you to access all the TV's menus and functions. Unfortunately, I've found that I'm having trouble with one of the volume settings and can't access the relevant menu to reset it.
