Fine, but I was expecting a more durable rubber consistency. It's a bit plasticky and I think it might crack at the edges in very cold weather. Bought for a 2006 F250 and fits well. I would hope the floor mats are a bit higher than they are but I suppose if you have carpet on the floor this will work for you. I have a standard matte floor like plastic/rubber. They cover the floor in the front and back with no carpet. They certainly slide a lot, you'll probably need to add velcro or something to keep them in place. There aren't any seat holders to attach on my floor, maybe I can attach some of these. I think the rubber mats at your typical marine store would be better quality at half the price but I have them now and I'll just live with them. that's my two cent tip.
