: I was contacted by Innogear about this review and am increasing the rating by one star because of their excellent customer service. I don't check things often, but it's nice to know a company is paying attention. Below is the first review for posterity.———This thing spits out way more fog than I was expecting - so much that its max setting is actually way too much fog and will saturate any unfortunate piece of furniture you have. vicinity. However, it produces a cool mist and the large tank is easy to grab and carry. The tank neck is nice and wide and lasts a long time with a full tank on the first two settings. I also didn't care how early the auto shut off was (the bottom where the atomizer was still fully filled), but the fact that it never burns out is nice. The mist has a slightly strange smell, so be careful if you're sensitive to it. for a cheap and quick "my sinuses look the best in the Sahara" option, this isn't a bad option. But in terms of durability, I'd recommend just getting something more expensive.
